Randy Arwine

Randy Arwine

Director of Community and Discipleship

Randy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Counseling from Triune Biblical University. He currently leads AHM’s Men’s Story Weekends and Coram Deo small groups, as well as, having been tasked with overseeing AHM’s daily operations. For over 15 years he has worked with men, viewing himself as a “spiritual companion” whose role has been to come along side them for the purpose of offering hope and direction. Randy is especially gifted at helping men find their unique place and purpose in God’s Larger Story by exposing those hidden barriers (from their past) that are preventing this, and by inviting men into a new, fully-masculine way of relating to God and others—i.e. in a way that actively trusts God by taking responsibility for creating homes and communities where people and relationships can flourish. This is Randy’s own desire and personal commitment to his wife Kathy, to whom he has been married for 37 years, as well as, to his two adult children and two grandchildren.
